We are NOT on an arm that looses its water when the lake recedes. There is always the lake out in front of you.

We are 25 miles north of Redding at the Lakehead/Antlers Exit #702
We are only 30 miles south of Mt. Shasta City
We are about 1.5 hours south of California/Oregon Border

 
We  require a $125.00 cleaning fee and the required 10% Shasta County lodging tax.

 Your $500.00 refundable security deposit is due at time of booking.
ADD $100 to your DEPOSIT IF YOU BRING A PET IS  for a total deposit of $600
Cancellation fee is $200 if reservation cancelled within 10 days of receipt of deposit.
No refunds if cancelled after 30 days prior to stay.
 Final rental due 30 days prior to stay

Local Boat ramp is just 2 blocks away. $8/day to launch, this is the current fee to launch
Sugarloaf marina IS ADJACENT TO OUR HOME . They often have guest boat slips.
The offer rentals of boats, jet skis, patio boats. There is also seasonal launching, gas ,dock/store .
